I started at Action Fitness July 1st, 2014 and have been working out here for 3 months. I also did the Whole 30. Just with the Whole 30 I lost 5 ½ inches and 18 pounds. So far with the help of Action Fitness I have lost 30 pounds and 11.4 inches.
I would highly recommend Action Fitness to anybody. My experience here has been really, really great. The support from both the coaches and other women here is awesome and makes me want to keep on coming back, which I would have never said before.
