Whatever it is, make the decision and be ultra clear on what it is you want and WHY you want it.
Does your current environment “pull you down” every time you try to rise above and become happier or healthier?

Step 2 Take Action & Get Uncomfortable
The only way we create lasting change is by taking action and getting uncomfortable. It’s so easy for us to think and fail to act – settling for what we have, what we don’t want and falling short of our dreams and goals.
